I offer breath-led sessions using somatic tools, nervous system regulation and emotional processing support to help with anxiety, trauma responses, relationship patterns, stress and emotional overwhelm.
This provides a body-based alternative to talk therapy, working directly with how experience is held in the nervous system.



Hi, I’m Ali. I’m a Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner based in Newquay, offering breathwork for anxiety, stress, trauma patterns and nervous system regulation.
I help people breathe, feel, and live more freely through embodied, breath-led sessions.
I hold a 400-hour Diploma in Rebirthing Breathwork, with training spanning conscious connected breathwork, trauma-informed practice, somatic body-based tools, perinatal and early development psychology, inner child work, and nervous system regulation techniques.
Most of us were never taught how to process emotions, regulate our nervous systems, or truly listen to the body. Over the past six years, I’ve worked with people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, PTSD, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and emotional patterns that talking alone hasn’t shifted.
Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle but powerful breathwork practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper body awareness. Sessions weave together breathwork, somatic awareness, and emotional inquiry — creating space for lasting shifts in how you feel, think, and move through life.
This has been my life’s work for over a decade: learning how to come home to yourself, and supporting others to do the same.
